Hello SAP-VN Volunteers,
I hope you all are doing well. I’m excited to announce our March local project. We are partnering with Foster Love to donate duffel bags to kids in the foster care system.
Many kids going into foster care are given a trash bag to gather their belongings and move from one temporary placement home to another – a practice that can be damaging to their self-worth and emotional well-being. Every child deserves to feel valued and respected, especially during the challenging transitions of foster care.
SAP-VN would like to donate 50 duffel bags and care kits to give these kids a more secure and dignified way of storing and moving their belongings.
SAP-VN Duffle Bag Project
Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: 12221 Brookhurst St #230 Garden Grove, CA 92840
Tasks: Decorate and pack children and teen duffle bags for those in foster care.
